Testing Connectivity in the Touchstone Fireplace App

If your fireplace is not properly responding to changes initiated in the app, you may want to run a connectivity test to verify the quality of connection with the Tuya Cloud.  

 

1. Tap the “Pencil” icon located in the top right corner of the app, and then “Check Device Network”

2. As a result, you will receive detailed information regarding the quality of your connection.
