How-to: Reset the SRV, ValueLine and WhisperLift Smart TV Lifts

PROBLEM: My SRV, ValueLine and WhisperLift Smart TV Lift is showing RES on the wired remote and the lift will not move. 


SOLUTION: The lift needs to be RESET. 


Lifts Supported:

- 30003 - ValueLine 2800 Smart TV Lift (wifi version)

- 30004 - ValueLine 3900 Smart TV Lift (wifi version) 

- 32800 - SRV 2800 Smart TV Lift (wifi version)

- 33900 - SRV 3900 Smart TV Lift (wifi version)

- 23401 - WhisperLift II PRO Smart TV Lift (wifi version)



Tools Needed:

- None


Reset the Lift


Instructions:


1. With the wired remote, PRESS and HOLD the DOWN button for 5 seconds. 


Press and hold the DOWN arrow on the wired remote


2. After 5 seconds, the display will read “rES” .

3. While continuing to hold the DOWN button, the lift will then lower to the lowest height and then slightly raise. Once reset is completed, release the down button.




The lift is now RESET and will be operational.
