How to: Change pressure setting on SRV, ValueLine and WhisperLift Smart TV Lifts

Problem: The lift does not have sufficient force to open the lid when extending upward within the cabinet. 


Cause: The tension level is set to low on the lift.


Follow the steps below for changing the pressure setting on the lifts. 


Lifts Supported:


- 30003 - ValueLine 2800 Smart TV Lift (wifi version)

- 30004 - ValueLine 3900 Smart TV Lift (wifi version) 

- 32800 - SRV 2800 Smart TV Lift (wifi version)

- 33900 - SRV 3900 Smart TV Lift (wifi version)

- 23401 - WhisperLift II PRO Smart TV Lift (wifi version)

- 23601 - Whisper Lift XL PRO Smart TV Lift (wifi

 


Tools Needed:

- None



Changing pressure setting:


1. Press and HOLD the M button on the wired controller unit it says "S - -".

2. Press the M button once to enter menu.

3. Press the UP button until the display says 4FU and press the M button once.

4.The setting should read L5. 

The range is L1 (less pressure to stop) to L9 (more pressure to stop).  If you having problems with the lift raising the lid, change the setting to something higher by pressing the UP button (L6, L7, L8, L9).  


5.  Press the M button after selecting the new setting.

The display will go back to the lift height after the setting is changed.

Test the lift to see if it will fully extend and open the lid. If it still doesn't have enough pressure then change to a higher level.
