How-to: Set the Extended and Retracted Height on the SRV, ValueLine, and WhisperLift Smart TV Lifts

The following are instructions for setting the Extended and Retracted Height on the SRV, ValueLine, and WhisperLift Smart TV Lifts (wifi version).

Lifts Supported:

- 30003 - ValueLine 2800 Smart TV Lift (wifi version)

- 30004 - ValueLine 3900 Smart TV Lift (wifi version) 

- 32800 - SRV 2800 Smart TV Lift (wifi version)

- 33900 - SRV 3900 Smart TV Lift (wifi version)

- 23401 - WhisperLift II PRO Smart TV Lift (wifi version)

- 23601 - WhisperLift XL PRO Smart TV Lift (wifi version)

Tools Needed:

- None

Set Extended Memory Height

Instructions:

1. With the wired remote, press and hold the the UP button until the lift goes to the height that you want to set.

2. When the lift is at the optimal extended height, press and release the M button once and then the 1 button on the wired remote.

The lift will now go to this set extended height when the UP button is pressed on the wireless RF remote.

Set Retracted Memory Height

Instructions:

1. With the wired remote, press and hold the DOWN button until the lift goes to the height that you want to set at its lowest point (retracted height).

2. When the lift at its optimal retracted height, press and release the M button once and then the 2 button on the wired remote.

The lift will now go to this set retracted height when the DOWN button is pressed on the wireless RF remote.
