How-To: Clear the Memory On the SRV, ValueLine, and WhisperLift Smart TV Lifts

PROBLEM:  My SRV, Valueline and WhisperLift Smart TV Lift goes down when I press the UP button on the wireless remote on my Lift.  Or, my SRV, Valueline and Whisper Lift 2 PRO Smart TV Lift does not raise all the way to the top when I press the UP button on my wireless remote.


SOLUTION: The memory height on my SRV, Valueline and WhisperLift Smart TV Lift is set too low or the bottom height is set to high and needs to be cleared.


Lifts Supported:

- 30003 - ValueLine 2800 Smart TV Lift (wifi version)

- 30004 - ValueLine 3900 Smart TV Lift (wifi version) 

- 32800 - SRV 2800 Smart TV Lift (wifi version)

- 33900 - SRV 3900 Smart TV Lift (wifi version)

- 23401 - WhisperLift II PRO Smart TV Lift (wifi version)




Tools Needed:

- None



Clear Extended Memory Height


Instructions:

1. With the wired remote, press and hold the the UP button until the lift goes all the way up to the extended height.

Press and hold the UP button on wired remote


2. When the lift is all the way extended, press and release the M button once and then the 1 button on the wired remote.

Press M button on wired remote and then 1 button


The lift will now go all the way UP when the UP button is pressed on the wireless RF remote.



Clear Retracted Memory Height


Instructions:


1. With the wired remote, press and hold the DOWN button until the lift goes all the way down to the retracted memory height.

Press and hold the DOWN arrow on the wired remote

2. When the lift is all the way retracted, press and release the M button once and then the 2 button on the wired remote.


Press M button on wired remote and then 2 button


The lift will now go all the way DOWN when the DOWN button is pressed on the wireless RF remote.
