How To: Remove Front Panel On The Sideline Deluxe Series Electric Fireplace

The following instructions describe how to remove the front panel on the Sideline Deluxe Series Electric Fireplace.


Models Supported:


86273 - Sideline Deluxe Stainless Steel 50 Inch 

86275 - Sideline Deluxe Gold 50 Inch 

86276 - Sideline Deluxe Gold 60 Inch

86277 - Sideline Deluxe Stainless Steel 60

 

Tools Required:

   

 - Philips-head screw driver



Instructions:


 1. There are 6-8 screws securing the front panel to the fireplace. 


- Remove 4 screws securing the front panel to the firebox.


- There are 2 screws on the left side and 2 screws on the right side of the fireplace (see below).

2. Remove the screws from the front fireplace holding the front panel in place.


          

For the 86273 and 86277, you will remove only the 2 outer screws (1 and 2). 

For the 86275 and 86276, you will remove 4 screws (1, 2, 3, and 4). 


   


 3.  After removing screws, lift front panel UP and STRAIGHT OUT toward you to remove   

      from fireplace. Place front panel in a soft, dry place. 



CAUTION: It is recommended that 2 people remove the front panel to minimize chance of break
