The App is Not Detecting My Fireplace

Touchstone Home Products Electric Fireplaces started offering Bluetooth pairing to the Touchstone Fireplace app in the Summer of 2023.  If you are having problems pairing your fireplace to the Touchstone Fireplace app through Bluetooth mode, please follow the steps below to pair the fireplace through EZMode.:


1. Make sure your phone is connected to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. 

2. Make sure Bluetooth is installed on your phone. 

3. Go to the Touchstone Fireplace App and press the "+" in the top right corner but don't click "Add Device" yet.

  1. 4. Press and hold the power button on the fireplace until the fireplace enters pairing mode (“P0” is displayed on the display panel.) It may take up to 15 seconds.

  1. 5. Now, press "Add Device" in the app.

  3. 6. The fireplace should be detected, click "Add" button next to it.

  5. 7. You will be prompted to enter your network credentials (make sure you are connecting to the correct Wi-Fi network – must be the same one your phone is connected to)

  6. 8. If the credentials are wrong, the network is not 2.4 GHz, or the Wi-Fi signal is not strong enough, pairing will fail. 



  7. 9. If everything is good, the fireplace will be added.
